These Bonus Terms and Conditions are the terms on which Betable Ltd. and/or Betable Alderney Limited (“Betable”, “we”, “us”) may offer players (“you”) special offers, promotions and bonuses (each a “Bonus”). The terms and conditions for each Bonus include the ‘General Bonus Terms and Conditions’ section below, together with the applicable terms and conditions specific to each Bonus, which are set out below.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Betable’s User Agreement and Wager Requirements apply to all Bonuses.
2. Bonuses are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion which we offer unless the terms of that other promotion expressly permit it.
3. All Bonuses are void where prohibited by law or regulation. You must not accept any Bonus, and you are not eligible for a Betable Bonus, if the Bonus is not permitted to be offered to persons in the jurisdiction where you are located.
4. Betable promotions are limited to one per person, computer, family, address, e-mail address, eWallet, credit card or mobile device. Betable reserves the right to impose further limits in shared computer environments (i.e.) university campuses, workplace, public library, etc.
5. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms & Conditions and the User Agreement, these Bonus Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
6. We reserve the right to exclude you from a Bonus and to deduct the amount of any Bonus, and any winnings associated with that Bonus, from your account (and take such other action as we reasonably deem necessary), if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Bonus Terms & Conditions or the User Agreement or have otherwise engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if we suspend or terminate your account in accordance with the User Agreement.
7. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect you or your entitlement to any Bonus.
8. In no event will we, or any of our suppliers, accept any liability however arising for any losses you may incur as a result of participating in, or seeking to participate in, Bonuses or Promotions.
9. The “Complaints and Disputes” section of our User Agreement applies to you and to these Bonus Terms & Conditions.
10. The maximum allowable wager with bonus funds is £8. Exceeding this limit may result in your bonus and winnings being disqualified. When a wager includes both cash and bonus funds the contribution from bonus funds must not exceed £8.
11. Bonuses are to enhance your experience in Betable-powered games. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards Bonus Abuse. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of Betable and all decisions made are final and may result in your bonus and winnings being disqualified. What will be considered bonus abuse include, but is not limited to the following examples:

• Using minimal risk wagering tactics to earn a bonus or to meet wager requirements. Examples of minimum risk wagering include wagering on both red and black on roulette, or any high-volume low-risk wagering tactics.
• Any unnatural wagering patterns, including, but not limited to, making high value wagers for the sole purpose of rapidly increasing your bonus balance, or making large wagers, then proceeding to drastically decrease wagers (less than half) without having reasonably decreased balance.
• Wagering your bonus on games that are excluded from the promotion.

1. Unless otherwise specified, withdrawals of winnings generated from a bonus obtained without making a deposit will be capped at £100.
2. All withdrawals over £50 of funds won from bonuses are subject to an audit by the security team. If any bonus abuse or other activity contrary to Betable’s terms and conditions is detected, your bonus and winnings will be disqualified and your account may be suspended at the sole discretion of Betable.
